目的:探讨胆石性重症急性胆管炎术后中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法:分析我院2001年6月-2010年3月收治的72例胆石性重症急性胆管炎病人的临床资料,总结胆石性重症急性胆管炎术后中西医结合治疗的临床效果。结果:72例患者治愈率100%。结论:胆石性急性重症胆管炎术后病人采用中西结合治疗肝功能恢复快,有效控制感染,减少并发症。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine after gallstone serious acute cholangitis. Methods: The clinical data of 72 patients with gallstone severe acute cholangitis admitted in our hospital from June 2001 to March 2010 were analyzed. The clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine after the operation of gallstone severe acute cholangitis were summarized. Results: The cure rate of 72 patients was 100%. Conclusion: Gallstone acute cholangitis in patients with acute cholecystitis treated with Chinese and Western treatment of liver function recovered quickly, effectively control the infection and reduce complications.
