加强农村集体“三资”管理,是我国农村集体产权制度改革的重要内容,如何推进农村集体三资管理工作走向制度化、规范化、公开化、信息化是当前各级农经部门急需解决的重要课题,本文针对农村集体“三资”管理中存在的问题,结合邳州市在农村集体三资管理中的做法、取得的成效进行分析,并提出一些建议。
Strengthening rural collective “three sources ” management is an important part of the reform of the rural collective property rights system in our country. How to promote institutionalization, standardization, openness and informationization of collective-owned rural capital management work is the urgent need to be solved by the agricultural economic and trade departments at all levels This article aims at the problems existing in the management of rural collectives and “three sources” and analyzes the achievements made by Danzhou in the management of rural collectives in the three sources, and puts forward some suggestions.
