[目的]探讨黄芪注射液对COPD大鼠肺组织病理学的影响。[方法]将30只SD大鼠随机分为3组:①正常对照组:饲养28d;②COPD模型组:分别于d1,d14经气管注入脂多糖200μg.(200μl)-1,熏香烟1h/次,2次/d,共28d;③黄芪干预组(同上):d8起每天腹腔注射黄芪250mg.kg-1至d28。观察应用黄芪注射液治疗后肺组织形态学改变。[结果]黄芪注射液干预后大鼠肺组织的损伤性结构变化均较模型组程度轻,炎症细胞浸润减少。[结论]黄芪注射液可减轻大鼠炎症修复所致的气道壁结构重塑,改善大鼠受损的肺功能,对COPD大鼠气道炎症具有治疗作用。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of astragalus injection on lung histopathology in COPD rats. [Methods] Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: ① normal control group: fed for 28 days; ② COPD model group: 200μg of lipopolysaccharide was injected into the trachea on d1 and d14 respectively , 2 times / d, a total of 28d; ③ astragalus intervention group (ibid.): D8 daily intraperitoneal injection of astragalus 250mg.kg-1 to d28. Observed the application of Astragalus injection of lung tissue morphology changes. [Result] Compared with the model group, the changes of the damage structure of the lung tissue in the Astragalus mongholicus injection group were mild and the infiltration of inflammatory cells was decreased. [Conclusion] Astragalus injection can relieve the remodeling of the airway wall structure induced by inflammation, improve the impaired lung function in rats, and have a therapeutic effect on airway inflammation in COPD rats.
