目的:探讨二仙汤(EXD)对青春期肥胖大鼠发育迟缓的早期干预作用。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养大鼠6周建立肥胖大鼠模型,分别以1.0、2.0、4.0g/kg EXD早期干预7周,测量体重,体长,计算Lee’s指数,称睾丸重量,计算脏器系数,睾丸组织显微观察,采用放射免疫法测定血清T、E2。结果:与空白对照组对比,EXD组大鼠体重、体长、Lee’s指数、睾丸重量、T均明显改善;而各组大鼠E2均无显著性差异;正常对照组和EXD组大鼠睾丸生精小管发育正常,空白对照组部分大鼠睾丸生精小管出现异常。结论:高脂饲料能抑制大鼠生长发育,而二仙汤能有效改善营养型肥胖大鼠生长发育。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Erxian Decoction (XDX) on the early development of retardation in adolescent obese rats. Methods: The rats were fed with high-fat diet for 6 weeks to establish the model of obese rats. The rats were pretreated with 1.0, 2.0 and 4.0 g / kg EXD respectively for 7 weeks. Body weight and body length were measured. Lee’s index was calculated, Coefficients and testicular microstructures were observed. Serum T and E2 were measured by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: Compared with the blank control group, the body weight, body length, Lee’s index, testicular weight and T of rats in EXD group were significantly improved; however, there was no significant difference in E2 between the two groups The seminiferous tubules in normal control group were abnormal. Conclusion: High-fat diet can inhibit the growth and development of rats, while Erxian Decoction can effectively improve the growth and development of nutritional obese rats.
