利用温度场数值模拟软件对金属型耐磨铸球的凝固过程进行了数值计算。在对铸球凝固过程温度分布规律进行研究的基础上 ,通过改进铸造工艺 ,消除了耐磨铸球的缩孔缺陷 ,提高了产品质量 ,为耐磨铸球机械化生产线的设计提供了合理的工艺参数。
The temperature field numerical simulation software was used to calculate the solidification process of the metal wear-resistant cast ball. Based on the study of the temperature distribution law of cast ball solidification process, by improving the casting process, the shrinkage defects of the wear-resistant cast ball were eliminated and the product quality was improved, which provided a reasonable process for the design of mechanized production line parameter.
