Over the past 40 years or so, the Soviet state led by the Soviet Communist Party has turned the backward agricultural country into an advanced and magnificent country with a high degree of industrial development and a large-scale mechanization of socialist agriculture. The Soviet people successfully solved the problem of major cereal bases in all the agricultural sectors of the country.
