本文报道了水热法制备超细氧化锆粉体的研究。与其它化学方法相比较,水热法制备超细陶瓷粉体具有许多优点。文中应用统计力学方法和电解质溶液理论,并从结晶学观点,着重分析了水热处理为 ZrO_2结晶所提供的物理-化学环境的特殊性,试图从本质上说明水热法制备超细陶瓷粉体的优越性。
This paper reports the preparation of ultrafine zirconia powder by hydrothermal method. Compared with other chemical methods, hydrothermal synthesis of ultrafine ceramic powder has many advantages. In this paper, statistical mechanics and electrolyte solution theory are applied. From the point of view of crystallinity, the particularity of the physical-chemical environment provided by hydrothermal treatment for ZrO 2 crystallization is emphatically analyzed.
