镇域经济是县域经济的基础,是壮大县域经济总量、提升县域经济活力的关键环节。近年来在实践中我们体会到:工业化是镇域经济的支柱,壮大镇级经济总量、增强镇级财政的实力,必须大力推进镇域工业化进程;农业产业化是实现农业增效、农民增收、农村稳定的基础,是促进镇域传统农业向现代农业转变的根本途径;城镇化是促进镇域资源整合的平台,以此可以推动镇域产业结构优化调整和经济持续、协调发展。因此,广东省新兴县坚持把工作重点放在促进镇域“三化”发展上,坚持镇域经济的发展围绕县域经济发展大局来进行,实现县域经济与镇域经济相互推动、协调并进。

Urbanization is the platform to promote the integration of the resources in the town, which can promote the optimization and adjustment of the industrial structure in the town and the sustained and coordinated development of the economy. Therefore, Xinxing County, Guangdong Province, persists in focusing its work on promoting the “three changes” in the development of the town. It insists on the development of the economy in the town centering on the overall development of the county economy, and promotes the mutual promotion and coordination between the county economy and the town economy.
