中职电工是一门理论与实践紧密结合的学科,对培养学生的技能和实践能力具有重要作用。随着素质教育的开展,更加注重激发学生的内在潜能,提高全面素质,所以在中职电工的课堂教学中要充分激发学生的内在潜能。从课堂教学之前的精心备课、创设良好的教学情境、丰富教学手段、发挥教师的榜样作用、构建合理的评价体系等几个方面入手来研究在中职电工的课堂教学中激发学生的内在潜能。
Secondary electrician is a discipline closely integrated with practice and plays an important role in cultivating students’ skills and practical abilities. With the development of quality education, pay more attention to inspire the students ’intrinsic potential and improve their overall quality. Therefore, they should fully stimulate students’ inherent potential in the classroom teaching of secondary vocational education. From the careful preparation of lessons before class teaching, creating a good teaching situation, enriching teaching methods, exerting the role of teacher and building a reasonable evaluation system, we should start with the study of how to motivate students’ intrinsic potential in classroom teaching.
