[目的]对综合医院工作人员的生存质量进行调查分析,以期在医院的管理过程中,能维护医疗工作人员的心理健康与稳定性,提高医院医疗服务质量。[方法]采用WHO生存质量评估量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对上海北翼地区某三级综合医院的工作人员按照整群随机抽样的原则抽取222名,并在周边社区以同样的抽样方法抽取209名社区居民作为对照,对所抽取样本进行调查。[结果]经统计学处理,医务人员自身健康状况在生理领域、环境领域总得分低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。在生理领域中,气质类型对模型差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);在心理领域,性别、年龄、气质类型(P﹤0.01)及医疗保障对心理均有影响(P﹤0.05);而在独立性领域,有影响的因素为性别、年龄和气质类型(P﹤0.05)。[结论]医务工作人员的生理需要并没有得到满足,而基于生理需要之上的其他需要均很难得到满足。同时,环境的变化也对医务工作人员的生存质量产生了重大影响。
[Objective] To investigate and analyze the quality of life of general hospital staff in order to maintain the mental health and stability of medical staff and improve the quality of hospital medical service in the process of hospital management. [Methods] According to WHOQOL-BREF, 222 staff members of a tertiary general hospital in Shanghai BeiYi Area were randomly sampled according to the principle of cluster sampling, and drawn by the same sampling method in surrounding communities 209 community residents as a control, the sample taken for investigation. [Results] After statistical analysis, the total health status of medical staff in the field of physiology and environment was lower than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). In the physiological field, the type of temperament was significantly different from that of the model (P <0.05); in the psychological field, gender, age, temperament type (P <0.01) and medical insurance had an impact on the psychology (P <0.05) In the field of independence, the influential factors were gender, age and temperament type (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The physiological needs of medical staff are not satisfied, and other needs based on physiological needs are hard to be satisfied. At the same time, environmental changes have also had a significant impact on the quality of life of medical staff.
