我国深圳特区的蛇口工业区是一个具有14.5km~2,一万多人口的新兴工业加工区。工业区开发建设七年以来,从国外引进了近10万m~2轻型全钢结构厂房。其中绝大部分从美国和英国引进,少量是日本、澳大利亚和香港地区产品。主要体系有:GULFSTATES、PASCOE、SOULE以及英国的REID和MB。引进的轻钢厂房一般用于仓库和加工车间。跨度以21m和24m居多(表1)。这些厂房色彩协调,细部构造精巧,围护结构呈现出有韵律的线条节奏,使得建筑物具有辉宏、优雅的外观和整洁、明亮的内部环境(图1、图2)。
Shenzhen Shekou’s Shekou Industrial Zone is an emerging industrial processing area with a population of 14.5 km2 and a population of more than 10,000. Since the development and construction of industrial zones in the past seven years, nearly 100,000 m2 of light steel structural plants have been imported from abroad. Most of them were imported from the United States and the United Kingdom, and a few were from Japan, Australia and Hong Kong. The main systems are: GULFSTATES, PASCOE, SOULE, and UK’s REID and MB. The imported light steel plant is generally used in warehouses and processing plants. The span is mostly 21m and 24m (Table 1). The color coordination of these plants, the detailed construction of the structure, and the enveloping structure exhibit a rhythmic line rhythm, giving the building a grand, elegant appearance and a neat, bright interior environment (Figure 1, Figure 2).
