中俄两国作为东北亚地区的经济大国,政治友好、经济互补,区域经济合作潜力巨大,黑河和布市作为中俄两国边境线上距离最近的城市,在发展边境贸易和经济技术合作方面有着先天的区位优势。但目前,由于经济条件、文化差异等因素制约,黑河、布市两地贸易规模还很低,发展潜力尚待挖掘。本文探讨了在黑河与布市互建跨境经济技术合作区的现实与可能,以加强两地跨境经济技术合作,规避现实经济风险,促进边境贸易发展,实现双赢。
As a big economic power in northeast Asia, China and Russia are both politically friendly and economically complementary. There is great potential for regional economic cooperation. Heihe and Bucha as the nearest cities on the border between China and Russia have a great significance in developing border trade and economic and technological cooperation Innate geographical advantages. However, due to the constraints of economic conditions, cultural differences and other factors, the scale of trade between Heihe and Buchao is still low and the potential for development remains to be explored. This article explores the reality and possibility of establishing cross-border economic and technological cooperation zones in Heihe and Buchu, in order to strengthen cross-border economic and technological cooperation between the two places, sidestep the real economic risks, promote the development of border trade and achieve a win-win situation.
