目的 加强麻醉复苏室医院感染的管理。方法 按照部颁《医院感染管理规范》与《消毒技术规范》要求,对麻醉复苏室抗生素合理应用及消毒灭菌方面进行监测。结果 通过监测,使麻醉复苏室消毒灭菌、抗生素合理应用方面达到两个规范标准。结论 合理的应用抗生素,严格的无菌操作概念,高素质的护理水平以及健全的感染三级管理体系是控制医院感染的可靠保证。
Objective To strengthen the management of nosocomial infections in the anesthetic resuscitation room. Methods According to the requirements of the Ministerial Hospital Management Code and the Disinfection Technical Code, the rational application of antibiotics in the anesthetic resuscitation room and the disinfection and sterilization were monitored. Results Through the monitoring, the sterilization and sterilization of the anesthetic resuscitation room and the rational application of antibiotics reached two standards. Conclusion Reasonable application of antibiotics, strict aseptic concept, high-quality nursing level and a sound three-level infection management system are reliable guarantees for controlling nosocomial infection.
