目的:优化柴芩清肝方提取物大孔吸附树脂精制工艺条件。方法:以黄芩苷、甘草苷、芍药苷和总皂苷的含量为评价指标,对大孔吸附树脂的型号、吸附条件和解析条件进行了考察。结果:最佳工艺条件为:采用AB-8型大孔吸附树脂,最大上样量为4.375g生药/g树脂,上样药液质量浓度为0.75g.mL-1(生药),吸附流速为3BV.h-1,用70%乙醇以5BV.h-1的流速洗脱。结论:该工艺可用于柴芩清肝方提取物的精制。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the purification conditions of Chaiqin Qinggan decoction macroporous adsorption resin. Methods: The contents of baicalin, glycyrrhizin, paeoniflorin and total saponin were used as evaluation indexes to investigate the macroporous resin model, adsorption conditions and analytical conditions. Results: The optimum conditions were as follows: AB-8 macroporous resin was used, the maximum loading amount was 4.375g crude drug / g resin, the mass concentration of the sample was 0.75g.mL-1 (crude drug) 3BV.h-1, eluted with 70% ethanol at a flow rate of 5BV.h-1. Conclusion: This technique can be used for the purification of Chaiqin Qinggan decoction.
