作为一名德育课教师,需要有良好的德育意识,这样可以让德育课教学更好地发挥德育功能,有效提升中职学生群体的思想道德素质。因此,中职德育教师要提高对德育课教学的重视程度,增强自身在教育工作岗位上的责任意识、主动意识,多对学生进行关心与理解,尊重学生在课堂上的主体地位,丰富德育课教学的内容与形式,这样才能多角度、全方位地实施德育,促进德育课教学质量的提升。一、尊重学生的主体地位和个性差异
