目的 探讨补肾活血中药对糖尿病大鼠视网膜神经节细胞的影响。方法 以链脲佐菌素造成大鼠糖尿病模型。利用微机图像分析技术对视网膜神经细胞胞体中Nissl小体进行定量测定和分析。结果 中药治疗组的糖尿病大鼠视网膜神经节细胞胞体中Nissl小体减少程度明显低于阴性对照组和阳性对照Ⅰ组。结论 补肾活血中药有减轻实验性糖尿病大鼠视网膜神经节细胞病理损害的作用
Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue herbs on retinal ganglion cells in diabetic rats. Methods A rat model of diabetes was induced by streptozotocin. The quantitative analysis and analysis of Nissl bodies in retinal neurons were performed using computer image analysis. Results The degree of Nissl body decrease in the retinal ganglion cell bodies of diabetic rats was significantly lower than that in the negative control group and the positive control group I. Conclusion Bushen Huoxue herbs can reduce the pathological damage of retinal ganglion cells in experimental diabetic rats
