目的 :对注射用头孢哌酮 /舒巴坦静滴用药时细菌内毒素检查方法进行探讨。方法 :根据中国药典 2 0 0 0年版要求进行实验。结果 :该药对细菌内毒素检查无干扰 ,将注射用头孢哌酮 /舒巴坦的内毒素限值定为 0 .0 5EU·mg-1较为合适。结论 :可为该静滴药物的细菌内毒素检查提供方法依据
Objective: To investigate the method of bacterial endotoxin test for injection of cefoperazone / sulbactam for intravenous injection. Methods: According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2000 edition requirements of the experiment. Results: The drug did not interfere with the bacterial endotoxin test. The limit of endotoxin of cefoperazone / sulbactam for injection was 0. 05EU · mg-1. Conclusion: This method can provide the basis for the bacterial endotoxin test of the intravenous drug
