现代心理学认为,课堂教学是由师生共同参与的一个复杂、多变的动态过程。由于课堂教学的生成性和开放性,学生思维变化的不确定性等因素的影响,而让课堂教学过程充满很多变化和突发情况。这样使得教师在课堂教学中不能按照课前设计的教学方案来进行教学步骤,完成教学目标。那么,作为中职化工专业的教师要想很好地驾驭复杂多变的课堂,提高课堂驾驭能力,不仅需要具备教学能力及其它教学技能,还必须掌握良好的教学机智本文。
