本试验以4个抗旱性不同的绿豆品种为材料,利用聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)5%、10%和20%的不同浓度模拟不同程度的旱胁迫,测定分析7个生理指标的响应,筛选适宜绿豆苗期抗旱鉴定的生理指标。结果表明:10%PEG处理第6天的超氧阴离子(O2-·)产生速率,5%PEG处理第6天的相对电导率,10%PEG处理第3天的过氧化物酶(POD)活性,5%PEG处理第9天的脱落酸(ABA)含量可作为绿豆苗期抗旱鉴定的生理指标。
In this experiment, four drought-resistant mung bean cultivars were used as materials to simulate different degrees of drought stress with different concentrations of PEG6000 (5%, 10% and 20%), and the responses of seven physiological indexes were analyzed. Screening of Physiological Index for Drought Resistance Identification of Mung Bean Seedlings. The results showed that the generation rate of superoxide anion (O2-) on the 6th day of 10% PEG treatment, the relative conductivity on the 6th day of the 5% PEG treatment and the peroxidase (POD) activity on the 3rd day of the 10% PEG treatment , Abscisic acid (ABA) content on the 9th day of 5% PEG treatment could be used as the physiological index to identify drought-resistant mung bean seedlings.
