管理的价值取向体现了管理所追求的价值目标和方向,进而决定了管理活动能否有效的进行。管理价值取向必须符合社会制度和社会发展趋势,在当前努力构建社会主义和谐社会的大背景下,坚持正确的管理价值取向是构建社会主义和谐社会的客观需要。本文通过介绍不同时期的管理价值取向及其转变过程,分析了社会主义和谐社会中应有的管理价值取向,并根据实际情况进一步提出了实现公共利益的策略和途径。
The value orientation of management embodies the value target and direction pursued by management, which in turn determines whether the management activities can be carried out effectively. The management value orientation must conform to the social system and social development trend. Under the current background of building a socialist harmonious society, adhering to the correct management of value orientation is an objective need for building a harmonious socialist society. This paper introduces the management value orientation and its transformation process in different periods, analyzes the proper management value orientation in the socialist harmonious society, and puts forward some strategies and ways to realize the public interest according to the actual situation.
