1.不要说“但是”,而要说“而且”试想你很赞成一位同事的想法,你可能会说“这个想法很好,但是你必须……”本意是认可对方,并善意地提出你的建议,可现在这样一转折,这种认可就大打折扣了。你完全可以说“我觉得这个建议很好,而且,如果在这里再稍微改动一下的话,也许会更好……”2.不要再说“老实说”公司开会的时候会对各种建议进行讨论。于是你对一名同事说:“老实说,我觉得……,”在别人看来,你好像在特别强调你的诚意。可是干吗要特别强调一下呢?所以你最好说:“我觉得,我们应该……”
