The article focuses on the personal information protection experience of the United States, Britain, Canada, Germany, India and other countries and regions in the overall planning, information classification and collection principles, the use and safety of personal information, laws and regulations and other aspects of personal information protection, hoping to individual libraries in China Information Protection Practice to provide some guidance and reference.
