河南能源义煤公司义海公司大煤沟矿位于青海省西部戈壁滩上,海拔3500米,气候干燥寒冷。矿井设计生产能力60万T/a,其副井斜长960米,倾角19°,安装一部JK25-20E型绞车,担负着矿井设备、物料和人员的运输工作。绞车电控系统原采用转子加电阻调速方式,启动电流大,低速提升力矩小,能耗大,且由于电器制动在高原上使用不稳定,下放操作时必须施闸控制车速,对安全运行造成威胁。因此决定对该车电控系统进行改造,我们根据电控系统发展趋势,设计使用了一套变频装置,在高寒地区安装使用取得成功,现将具体做法简介如下:
