自从国内外出现禽流感以来,很多长春市餐饮业经营人员反映,来就餐的人很少点与禽类相关的菜,这些菜已经被部分消费者打入了“冷宫”。“很多顾客不愿意点与禽类相关的菜,本来我们这里的炖鸡卖得特别好,原来每桌的客人都会点这道菜,但现在一天下来有三桌客人点这道菜就不错了。”一家饭店老板这样感叹。据了解,自从国内外出现禽流感以来,很多饭店里的禽类菜被消费者冷落了。一位刘姓食客说,“不吃禽类菜,倒不是因为禽流感,现在菜的品种这么多,没有必要非得吃禽类的菜。”
