近年来,人们对风疹病毒(RV)又有了新的认识。RV不仅能在先天感染中造成极大的危害,导致死产、流产、新生儿先天性风疹综合征、婴儿死亡和晚期并发症,也可在后天感染中引起迟发的致死性疾病,如风疹进行性全脑炎。一、RV分子结构和功能研究RV的分子结构和功能有利于指导疫苗的研制,改进检测方法和探索RV感染的发病机理。 (一)RV的核酸已知RV的核酸为单股线状RNA,占病毒干重的2.4%,分子量为3.8×10~6道尔顿。碱基组成为每100个核苷酸有Gp31.1,Ap21.9,Cp34.3,Up12.8。沉降系数为40S。
