班级是小学生学习生活的主要场所,是小学生接受知识、掌握技能、养成建全的人格、形成思想观念的主要阵地。良好的班级文化是一种巨大的教育力量,对陶冶小学生的道德情操,促进小学生的健康成长具有不可替代的重要作用。长期以来,班级文化建设受到广大班主任的重视,班级文化的研究也成为学校教育领域中历久弥新的热点问题。但在实践中,不少班主任的班级文化建设由于缺乏理论支持和理念引导,导致不同班级文化系统因为缺乏“灵魂”与“核心理念”而显得不够
Class is the primary place for primary school students to study and live.
