美联社是当今世界上拥有最多摄影记者的新闻机构,共有200多名摄影记者,其中以中青年为主。他们的特点是新闻嗅觉灵敏,采访作风雷历风行,拍摄技术娴熟,发稿时间观念强。从新闻的发生到向全球发传真照片,一般只需半小时。 1994年金秋的一天下午,我专门去位于纽约闹市洛克菲勒中心的美联社总社,拜访好友、美联社摄影部主任阿尔比索。当我请他谈谈美联社是如何培养摄影记者的时,阿尔比索爽朗地笑着说,新华社不也是拥有一支人数众多、装备精良和经验丰富的摄影记者队伍么!
The Associated Press is the world’s largest news organization with photojournalists, a total of more than 200 photojournalists, of which young and middle-aged.
