目的:研究分析金属烤瓷冠修复的临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院2011年5月至2013年6月收治的42例金属烤瓷冠患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察其临床治疗效果。结果:所有患者修复之后,金属烤瓷冠修复成功的有35例,占83.3%;修复有效的有5例,占11.9%;修复无效的有2例,占4.8%。其中修复无效的包括崩瓷1例和松动脱落1例。结论:金属烤瓷冠修复可以有效的确保牙齿的美观,还可以有效的促进咀嚼功能的恢复,在金属烧瓷冠修复的过程中,医生需要注意临床操作中的细节,有效的控制并发症的发生,可以取得较好的治疗效果。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of metal-ceramic crown repair. Methods: Forty-two patients with PFM treated in our hospital from May 2011 to June 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and their clinical effects were observed. Results: After the restoration of all the patients, there were 35 cases (83.3%) with successful restoration of metal porcelain crowns, 5 cases (11.9%) with effective repair, and 2 cases (4.8%) with invalid repair.
