在祖国医学文献里,没有大叶肺性炎的病名,但我们在临床治疗中,根据其病状体会到本病属于祖国医学的风温病范畴。它的主要症状是:高热、呼吸短促。咳嗽频发、吐铁锈痰、咳时胸痛,有时恶寒,全身困痛,或呕吐,甚至昏迷、谵语等典型症状为特征。我院根据中医的辨证论治的法则,按病情的轻重,属寒、属热等不同性质,运用各种不同的治法,并配合西药(应用青霉素)治疗了23例,取得良好的治疗效果。现介绍于后:
