我处第三工程队负责的新建混凝土预制场,其生产任务是负担预制天津新港扩建工程的预应力混凝土梁、板及其它构件。预应力混凝土构件采用120米先张法长线压柱式台座进行生产。采用先张法张拉粗钢筋的工艺,在张拉钢筋以前,为保持每板钢筋初应力的一致,需要进行测力,这是保证预应力混凝土构件质量的关键问题之一。
