本文对30例进展期及晚期肾结核病人的超声声像表现进行分析,旨在对肾结核病人进行定性诊断,并大体进行病理分型。 资料与方法 研究对象 本组患者为我院1990年～1999年门诊及住院病人。男16例,女14例,年龄16～73岁,平均年龄40.6岁。所有病人临床均有程度不同的患侧腰痛和尿急、尿频、尿痛,查体有患侧肾区叩痛,尿管规检查均有WBC(十～卅),RBC(十～卅),蛋白(十～卅),16例检出脓细胞,18例尿中查出抗酸杆菌。 仪器与方法 使用MEDISON—6000型超声诊断仪,探头频率为3.5MHz。病人取俯卧位,探头置腰背部西侧肾区,进行纵、横多切面扫查。
In this paper, 30 patients with advanced and late renal tuberculosis ultrasound imaging performance analysis, aimed at the diagnosis of renal tuberculosis, and general pathological typing. Materials and Methods Research object This group of patients for our hospital from 1990 to 1999 outpatient and inpatient. There were 16 males and 14 females, aged from 16 to 73 years with a mean age of 40.6 years. All patients had different degrees of clinical lumbar back pain and urinary urgency, frequent urination, dysuria, examination of the ipsilateral kidney area percussion pain, urinalysis were WBC (ten ~ 卅), RBC (ten ~ 卅), Protein (ten ~ 卅), 16 cases of pus detected, 18 cases of acid-fast bacilli found in urine. Instruments and methods MEDISON-6000 ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, the probe frequency of 3.5MHz. Patient to take prone position, the probe set back west of the kidney area, for longitudinal and horizontal multi-slice scanning.
