为控制武汉钢铁股份有限公司条材总厂CSP分厂纵裂漏钢事故和降低板坯表面纵裂、结疤等缺陷改判率,结合现场生产实践,对CSP漏斗形结晶器锥度进行了优化研究,考虑到结晶器铜板特殊的漏斗形结构和窄面在使用过程中的磨损,将锥度在外方设计的基础上进行优化。优化后的锥度设定量比外方提供的数值增加了15%~25%。应用新锥度设计后降低了纵裂漏钢率,有效控制了板坯表面纵裂、结疤缺陷改判率,改善了钢卷质量。
