为了盘活资产，采用中外合资模式招商引资，用于资金短缺的新建电厂。为此，锦州发电厂（以下简称锦电）曾先后两次进行了资产评估。此文分析了最近进行的第2次资产评估的结果，供有关方面参考。
In order to revitalize its assets, a Sino-foreign joint venture model is used to attract investment for a newly-built power plant with a shortage of funds. For this reason, Jinzhou Power Plant (hereinafter referred to as Jindian) has performed asset evaluation twice. This article analyzes the results of the recent second asset assessment for reference by relevant parties.
