我厂是中国烟草总公司10%重点技改扶持企业,经过“六五”、“七五”和“八五”技改引进工作,从一个不知名的小厂发展成为国家大二类企业,拥有大量当今世界上较为先进的装备.多年来我厂始终把设备管理工作作为企业的一项重要基础工作来抓,坚持以提高设备有效作业率为中心,强化设备管理,设备有效作业率从1992年的59.29%上升到1995年的74.36%.企业设备管理水平的提高,也促进了企业经济效益的稳步增长,从1991年开始,实现税利每年以一亿元递增,1995年销售额达8.8亿元,实现工业产值7.62亿元,完成税利5.6亿元.1987年中国烟草总公司首次在全行业开展设备管理评优工作,我厂被评为烟草行业六个“设备管理优秀单位”之一,1989年第二届烟草行业设备评优工作中再次被评为“设备管理优秀单位”.我厂尝到了加强设备管理的甜头,以提高设备有效作业率为中心,着重抓设备管理的基础工作,建立健全设备管理的激励机制和约束机制,强化设备的三级保养和维修制度,把现代化的技术和方法应用于设备管理工作中.
Our factory is a 10% key technical transformation support enterprise of China National Tobacco Corporation. After the “6th Five-Year”, “Seventh Five-Year” and “Eighth Five-Year” technological transformation and introduction work, it has grown from an unknown small plant into a national second largest enterprise. There are a large number of advanced equipments in the world today. Over the years, our factory has always taken the equipment management as an important basic work of the enterprise, insisted on improving the effective operation rate of equipment as the center, strengthened equipment management, and effective equipment operation rate from 1992. The year of 59.29% rose to 74.36% in 1995. The increase in the level of enterprise equipment management has also contributed to the steady increase in the economic efficiency of enterprises. From 1991, the annual profits and taxes have risen to 100 million yuan, and the sales in 1995 reached 880 million. Yuan, realized industrial output value of 762 million yuan and tax profit of 560 million yuan. In 1987, China National Tobacco Corporation carried out the first-ever equipment management appraisal work in the entire industry. Our factory was rated as one of the six “excellent equipment management units” in the tobacco industry. In the second tobacco industry equipment appraisal in 1989, it was once again rated as “Excellent Equipment Management Unit.” Our factory tasted the sweetness of strengthening equipment management to improve the effective operation rate of equipment, focusing on Basic work equipment management, establish and improve the incentive and restraint mechanisms for device management, and strengthen the three systems maintenance and repair of equipment, the modern techniques and methods used in equipment management.
