在经过一段时间的运行及使用后,原油输送管道的管径会随着原油中粘性分子的不断沉积,而逐渐降低,压降则不断增大,从而增加了系统能耗。在此种情况下,为确保管道顺利输送,就需要采取科学有效的机械清管技术,将管内的结蜡清除干净。基于此,本文从原油结蜡的生成原因及其对管道产生的影响出发,就机械清管技术在原油输送管道中的应用展开探讨。
After a period of operation and use, the diameter of the crude oil pipeline will gradually decrease with the continuous deposition of viscous molecules in crude oil, and the pressure drop will increase, which will increase the system energy consumption. In this case, in order to ensure the smooth delivery of the pipeline, it is necessary to adopt a scientific and effective mechanical pigging technology to remove the wax in the tube. Based on this, this paper starts from the reason of crude oil wax formation and its influence on pipeline, and discusses the application of mechanical pigging technology in crude oil pipeline.
