随着科学发展,社会各界对转基因食品安全不确定性的认识日渐清晰。2015年中央一号文件提出“加强农业转基因生物技术研究、安全管理、科学普及”方针,十二届全国人大三次会议期间,我国农业管理部门提出“研究上积极支持自主创新,占领农业生物科技的制高点;推广上慎重,做到确保安全;管理上依法”的要求。执行国家政策部署,落实统筹国际、国内两种资源作用,相关企业应终止转基因大豆进口,转向采购进口天然大豆。
With the scientific development, people from all walks of life have become increasingly clear about the uncertainty of the safety of genetically modified foods. In 2015, the document No. 1 of the Central Government put forward the principle of “strengthening the study on agricultural genetically modified organisms, safety management and science popularization”. During the Third Session of the 12th NPC, China’s agricultural administration proposed that “actively support independent innovation in research and occupy agriculture The commanding heights of biotechnology; promoting prudence, ensuring safety; and managing according to law ”. The implementation of the national policy deployment, the implementation of co-ordination of both international and domestic resources, the relevant enterprises should stop the import of genetically modified soybeans, switch to the purchase of natural soybean imports.
