从雷公藤根皮中分离到两种倍半萜生物碱,根据理化性质和 UV、IR、~1HNMR、~(13)CNMR、MS等光谱数据,鉴定Ⅰ为 euonine。Ⅱ为一种新生物碱,命名为雷公藤宁碱。药理试验表明这两种生物碱有免疫抑制作用。
Two sesquiterpene alkaloids were isolated from the root bark of Tripterygium wilfordii. According to physicochemical properties and spectral data of UV, IR, ~1HNMR, ~(13)CNMR, MS, etc., I was identified as euonine. II is a new alkaloid and is named triptoine. Pharmacological tests showed that these two alkaloids have immunosuppressive effects.
