目的:筛选复方川贝颗粒干浸膏(Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号、Ⅲ号)最佳工艺样品。方法:采用小鼠浓氨水诱咳和小鼠呼吸道酚红排泌试验,观察3种样品的止咳祛痰作用,参考综合加权评分,筛选最佳工艺样品。结果:与空白组比较,Ⅰ号1/2临床等效量、Ⅱ号和Ⅲ号各剂量均可明显延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期(P<0.01或P<0.05),Ⅰ号1/2临床等效量、Ⅱ号临床等效量、Ⅱ号2倍临床等效量、Ⅲ号各剂量均可以明显减少小鼠咳嗽次数(P<0.01或P<0.05),Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号、Ⅲ号各剂量组均呈现增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量趋势(P>0.05);综合评分数据:Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号、Ⅲ号的综合评分均值依次为0.68、0.79、0.85。结论:复方川贝颗粒Ⅲ号干浸膏样品最佳。
Objective: To screen the best process sample of compound Chuanbei granule dry extract (Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ). Methods: The cough and expectorant effects of three kinds of samples were observed by using concentrated ammonia water in mice and cough and expectorant effect in mice. The best synthetic samples were screened with reference to the comprehensive weighted scores. RESULTS: Compared with the blank group, the clinical equivalents of No. 1/2 and No. II and III all significantly prolonged the latent period of cough in mice (P <0.01 or P <0.05), and the clinical efficacy of No. 1/2 The clinical equivalents of Ⅱ, Ⅱ, Ⅱ clinical equivalent dose, Ⅲ dose can significantly reduce the number of mice cough (P <0.01 or P <0.05), Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ dose (P> 0.05). The comprehensive score data showed that the average scores of Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 0.68, 0.79 and 0.85 respectively. Conclusion: The sample of compound Chuanbei granule III dry extract is the best.
