八十年代,Mulcahy(1981)与G.Gay(1986)成功地对单个花粉粒同工酶和蛋白质进行了等电聚焦分析。而国内在这方面的工作至今尚未见报道。试验利用单花粉蛋白电泳技术结合显微镜观察对不同发育时期的单个玉米花粉进行了蛋白电泳研究,结果表明玉米花粉不同发育时期所表达的蛋白质具有明显的差异:一方面随发育时期的推移某些蛋白质含量呈递减或递增趋势;另一方面不同发育时期都有特异性蛋白合成或分解。可见,在花粉发育过程中蛋白表达和分解相当活跃;而且,蛋白的表达与花粉粒的细胞学特征有密切关系。
Eighties, Mulcahy (1981) and G. Gay (1986) successfully performed isoelectric focusing analysis of individual pollen grain isozymes and proteins. The domestic work in this area has not yet been reported. Experiments using single-pollen protein electrophoresis combined with microscopic observation of different developmental stages of a single corn pollen protein electrophoresis study showed that corn pollen at different developmental stages expressed a significant difference in protein: on the one hand, with the development of certain proteins Content decreased or increasing trend; the other hand, different developmental stages have specific protein synthesis or decomposition. It can be seen that protein expression and decomposition are quite active during pollen development. Moreover, the expression of the protein is closely related to the cytological characteristics of pollen grains.
