对高油玉米和普通玉籽粒发育过程中还原糖、非还原糖和脂肪的积累动态及其相互转化关系进行了比较,结果表明,高油玉米与普通玉米籽粒发育过程中糖类、脂肪的积累动态基本相同,只是数量不同。脂肪数量的差异在籽粒发育的中后期达极显著水平。糖类与脂肪的积累呈明显负相关关系(r=-0.7574)。
