急性阑尾炎是妊娠期最常见的外科急腹症,可发生在妊娠的各个阶段,其发病率为0.1%～0.2%。由于妊娠时阑尾的解剖位置改变,以及孕妇血液的特殊生理性变化,妊娠期阑尾炎的临床表现与一般急性阑尾炎有些差异,临床诊断较为困难,其误诊率高达36%,且病情发展快、并发症多、处理困难、危险性较大,若延误诊治往往威胁母婴生命安全。因此,妊娠期急性阑尾炎应引起孕妇、家属及医务人员足够的重视。
