近年来,不少人向我咨询关于“子宫颈糜烂”的激光、红外线、电灼治疗问题,我也遇到些这类病例。一个不孕妇女,自述宫颈糜烂Ⅲ度,在当地医院作激光治疗7次,都在3个月到半年时间内复发。一些做医生的误认为Ⅲ度糜烂就是病情严重,电灼是治疗的唯一好办法。不作全面检查,不管病人本身是否存在其他妇科病,而一次再次地对宫颈糜烂处进行电灼,这是极其错误的。宫颈糜烂是慢性宫颈炎的一种临床表现,各种致病因子导致宫颈正常鳞状上皮脱落,使宫颈的表皮黏膜因红色水肿,呈“糜烂”状态,而被命名。
