目的研究老年性消化性溃疡的特点,以期为临床防治提供裨益。方法通过将我院2000年1月至2006年4月经胃镜或手术病理确诊的868例消化性溃疡患者分为老年组与中青年组进行对照分析。结果老年组消化性溃疡临床表现不典型者多,并发症多,高位溃疡与巨大溃疡多,死亡率高。结论老年消化性溃疡临床表现不典型,并发症多,死亡率高,应引起足够的重视。
Objective To study the characteristics of senile peptic ulcer in order to provide benefits for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods A total of 868 patients with peptic ulcer diagnosed by endoscopy or surgical pathology in our hospital from January 2000 to April 2006 were divided into the elderly group and the middle-aged group for comparative analysis. Results The elderly patients with peptic ulcer clinical manifestations of atypical cases, more complications, high ulcers and large ulcers, high mortality. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of peptic ulcer in elderly are not typical, with many complications and high mortality rate, which should be given enough attention.
