目的确保FJX/FJQX型60Coγ辐照装置辐射应用安全和工作人员生命安全。方法针对装置防护安全概况和国家相关标准,分析该装置潜在的防护安全隐患,开展针对性技术改造工作,并对改造结果予以评价。结果优化改造了辐照箱及其输送系统安全检测技术,设计了板源源架防撞报警系统和贮源水井监控系统,安装了电视巡检监控系统。结论消除了FJX/FJQX型60Coγ辐照装置运行过程中潜在的安全隐患,充分保证了辐射加工区域安全防护设施的安全性能和运行稳定性,保障了工作人员的生命安全,为行业提供相关借鉴。
Objective To ensure the radiation safety of FJX / FJQX 60Coγ irradiation equipment and the safety of staff. Methods Aiming at the safety precautions of equipment protection and relevant national standards, the potential safety hazards of the equipment were analyzed, the technical renovation was carried out, and the results of the renovation were evaluated. Results The safety detection technology of the irradiation box and its delivery system was optimized and optimized. The anti-collision alarm system of the board source shelf and the monitoring system of the storage source water well were designed. The TV inspection monitoring system was installed.
