目的探讨195例国人正常左肾静脉(LRV)的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)表现并测量有关数据,确定LRV各项测量指标95%可信区间,为LRV病变的影像学诊断提供依据。资料与方法回顾性随机选取195例正常肾血管的多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)或腹部MSCT增强扫描资料,按年龄分为A、B、C三组,按性别分为男、女两组。利用MSCT血管后处理技术,观察LRV及其属支的空间走行、与邻近结构关系和断面形态,测量肠系膜上动脉(SMA)与腹主动脉(AA)之间夹角(a)、SMA与AA三角间隙内LRV断面中点水平SMA后缘与AA前缘距离(d);在LRV断面上分别测量:SMA与AA间隙内LRV前后径(r1)和截面积(s1);近肾侧LRV最大断面处前后径(r2)和截面积(s2),以及两者的比值qr(r2/r1)、qs(s2/s1);测量LRV长度(l)。进行统计学分析。结果a、d、r1、r2、s1、s2、qr、qs、l值分别为:(49.45±21.11)°、(13.0±6.3)mm、(6.0±2.5)mm、(10.7±2.6)mm、(83.0±37.1)mm2、(127.2±43.4)mm2、(2.14±1.19)、(1.73±0.82)、(75.9±12.0)mm。各值呈正态分布,其95%可信区间分别为:(49.45±2.96)°、(13.0±0.9)mm、(6.0±0.4)mm、(10.7±0.4)mm、(83.0±5.3)mm2、(127.2±6.3)mm2、(2.14±0.17)、(1.73±0.12)、(75.9±1.7)mm。性别组间仅qs差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄分组间仅LRV长度(l)一项差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余各项差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MSCT能够直观观察LRV的形态及与邻近结构关系,并进行相关测量,有助于LRV相关疾病的诊断。
Objective To investigate the performance of multislice spiral CT (MSCT) in 195 Chinese patients with normal left renal vein (LRV) and measure the related data to determine the 95% confidence interval of each LRV measurement index, so as to provide the basis for the imaging diagnosis of LRV lesions. Materials and Methods Retrospective analysis of 195 cases of normal renal vascular multi-slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) or abdominal MSCT enhanced scan data were divided into three groups according to age, A, B, C, by sex, divided into male and female groups . MSCT angiography was used to observe the spatial relationship between LRV and its branches, the relationship with the adjacent structures and the cross-sectional morphology. The angle between the superior mesenteric artery (SMA) and the abdominal aorta (AA) The LRV cross-sectional area between the midpoint of the triangle and the front edge of the AA (d) was measured. The LRV anteroposterior radius (r1) and cross-sectional area (s1) were measured in the LRV cross-section. Cross section (r2) and cross-sectional area (s2), and the ratio of the two qr (r2 / r1), qs (s2 / s1); measured LRV length (l). Statistical analysis. Results The values of a, d, r1, r2, s1, s2, qr, qs and l were 49.45 ± 21.11 °, 13.0 ± 6.3mm, 6.0 ± 2.5mm and 10.7 ± 2.6mm, (83.0 ± 37.1) mm2, (127.2 ± 43.4) mm2, (2.14 ± 1.19), (1.73 ± 0.82) and (75.9 ± 12.0) mm respectively. The values of 95% confidence intervals were (49.45 ± 2.96) °, (13.0 ± 0.9) mm, (6.0 ± 0.4) mm, (10.7 ± 0.4) mm and (83.0 ± 5.3) mm2 respectively , (127.2 ± 6.3) mm2, (2.14 ± 0.17), (1.73 ± 0.12) and (75.9 ± 1.7) mm respectively. There were no significant differences in qs between sex groups (P> 0.05), but there were significant differences between the other groups (P <0.05). There was a significant difference in age (l ), The rest of the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion MSCT can observe the morphology of LRV and its relationship with adjacent structures, and make relevant measurements, which is helpful for the diagnosis of LRV-related diseases.
