目的:提取牛筋果果实石油醚萃取物和乙醇初提物脂溶性成分并分析研究其化学成分。方法:应用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其脂溶性成分进行分析。结果:石油醚部分共鉴定了29种脂溶性成分,占其总峰面积的69.67%,并确定了各自的相对含量;乙醇初提物部分共鉴定了12种脂溶性成分,占其总峰面积的71.00%,并确定了其相对含量。结论:其中亚油酸、棕榈酸、β-谷甾醇3种脂溶性成分为共有成分。
OBJECTIVE: To extract the lipid-soluble components of petroleum ether extracts and ethanol extracts from the fruits of Tenuta nut and analyze their chemical constituents. Methods: The liposoluble components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results: A total of 29 fat-soluble components were identified in petroleum ether, accounting for 69.67% of their total peak area, and their relative contents were determined; 12 kinds of fat-soluble components were identified in the initial ethanol extract, accounting for the total peak area. 71.00% and determine its relative content. Conclusion: The three fat-soluble components of linoleic acid, palmitic acid and β-sitosterol are common components.
