目的:观察银屑平颗粒对银屑病实验动物模型的作用。方法:采用小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂模型和小鼠尾部鳞片表皮模型,观察银屑平颗粒对上皮细胞有丝分裂和分化的影响。结果:银屑平颗粒能明显抑制注射雌激素引起的小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂,增加小鼠尾部鳞片颗粒层形成。结论:银屑平颗粒具有改善小鼠银屑病病理状态的作用,其机理可能与抑制表皮细胞增生过多和促进表皮形成颗粒层有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yindanping Granules on animal models of psoriasis. METHODS: The mitosis model of mouse vaginal epithelial cells and the epidermis model of mouse tail scales were used to observe the effect of Yinbingping Granule on the mitosis and differentiation of epithelial cells. RESULTS: The Niu Ding Ping Granules could significantly inhibit the mitosis of mouse vaginal epithelial cells induced by estrogen injection, and increase the formation of tail flake granular layer. Conclusion: Yinxueping Granules can improve the pathological state of psoriasis in mice. The mechanism may be related to inhibiting hyperplasia of epidermal cells and promoting the formation of granular layer on epidermis.
