各乡镇企业厂长、经理: 为了改变目前“项目满天飞,企业团团转”的局面,把真实可靠、先进成熟的项目提供给企业,经我们建议,国家科委科技成果司、综合计划司下发了(93)国科计字07号文,向全国3000多家科研院所、大专院校征集项目近千项,根据专家评估,我们推选出500余项重点项目,并对其中的200个项目进行了实地考察,拍成了录像。在此基础上,我们决定与各地政府联合举办“’94全国百家乡、镇上项引资奔小康”活动,计划在每个市、县重点选择5—8个领导班子团结,有上项资金,市场开拓能力较强的企业,提供项目评估、技术咨询、技术转让、技术培训、设备选型一条龙服务,争取为每个参加活动的企业落实一个项目。现将活动具体办法通知如下,并将重点项目名录发给你们,供选项参考。
