目的:观察中西医结合治疗卵巢功能早衰的临床疗效。方法:治疗组42例用中西医结合方法治疗,对照组30例用西医人工周期疗法。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.2%,对照组总有效率83.3%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:与西医人工周期疗法比较,中西医结合治疗卵巢功能早衰,治愈率高,无明显毒副反应,值得推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of premature ovarian failure. Methods: 42 cases in the treatment group were treated by the combination of TCM and Western medicine, and 30 cases in the control group were treated by the western medicine artificial cycle therapy. Results: The total effective rate was 95.2% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the artificial cycle therapy of Western medicine, the treatment of premature ovarian failure with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has a high cure rate and no obvious toxic and side effects, which is worth promoting.
