目的:观察中西医结合治疗上尿路结石的疗效。方法:将来121例上尿路结石患者随机分为两组,实验组内服排石汤及西医常规治疗,对照组仅用西医常规药物治疗。结果:实验组显效24例,有效38例,无效11例,总有效率84.9%;对照组显效6例,有效18例,无效24例,总有效率50.0%。两组总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗上尿路结石明显提高临床疗效。
Objective: To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on upper urinary tract calculi. Methods: In the future, 121 patients with upper urinary tract calculi were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with Paishi Decoction and routine western medicine, while the control group was treated with routine western medicine only. Results: In the experimental group, 24 cases were markedly effective, 38 cases were effective, 11 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 84.9%. In the control group, 6 cases were markedly effective, 18 cases were effective, 24 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 50.0%. The total effective rate was significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of TCM and Western medicine treatment of upper urinary tract stones significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
